OxWiChem Day 2024 was a resounding success, we hoped that you had an amazing time! Big thank you to our keynote speakers Prof Kylie Vincent, Nessa Carson and Dr Claudia Tait as well as our poster Judges: Prof Steve Faulkner, Prof Ed Anderson and Prof Adam Kirrander for taking time out of their busy schedules to participate in OxWiChem Day 2024.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to Chemistry Department and Royal Society of Chemistry for helping us realise our vision for this unique half-day symposium.
Once again, the outstanding quality of research at both poster and flash talk sessions blew us all away and the judges had a very difficult time picking a winner. While we congratulate the winners, we would like to congratulate everyone that took part this year. We would like to give a shoutout to everyone who had submitted an abstract for OxWiChem Day 2024. We had over 40 exciting research abstracts submitted overall, but due to time and space constraints we were not able to accept all of you. We hope that this does not discourage you from applying again next year.
