We warmly welcome you to Oxford Women in Chemistry (OxWiChem). OxWiChem was founded by a group of PhD students back in 2019. Our society aims to highlight, celebrate, and champion individuals who identify as women (including both cis and trans) as well as non-binary within the department and the larger chemistry community.
We aim to make the departmental culture more accepting and welcoming to everyone by organising events that encourage diversity, inclusion and peer support.
